Licensing

This is an area of practice that has grown with the recent introduction of the Licensing Act 2003. I have been instructed to draft applications for licence variations under the new Act, on behalf of a company that operates a number of licensed premises in the South East. I also undertake work representing applicants at appeals against determinations under the new Act. I have also provided Local Authorities with training regarding the framework and application of the 2003 Act.
